QAC AI is designed to work alongside you as an independent Agent.
You remain in control of your own business, customers, suppliers and decisions. QAC AI provides the systems and support around your work — helping you manage stock information, advertising, enquiries and the repetitive administration that takes up your time.
The aim is simple: reduce the repetitive work around your business so you can spend more time working with customers, finding opportunities and doing business.
Your Stock and Equipment
You provide the stock and equipment information you want to work with through QAC AI.
QAC AI helps organise and manage that information so the correct stock can be used for advertising, enquiries and opportunity routing.
Each item is linked to the relevant Agent information in the system, helping QAC AI keep stock, advertising and enquiries connected correctly.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the stock information you provide and for keeping QAC AI informed when stock becomes reserved, sold or is no longer available.
Advertising Your Stock
QAC AI helps turn your approved stock information into advertising content that can be used across the QAC advertising network.
The system can assist with preparing listing information, advertising copy and suitable media from the information and photographs you provide.
Your private Agent information, internal Agent Code and other confidential business information are not intended for public advertising. Public advertising uses the relevant stock information and external stock identification required for enquiries and routing.
When an item is sold, reserved or no longer available, its status must be updated so QAC AI can manage the advertising accordingly.
Buyer Enquiries & Lead Routing
When a buyer enquires about an advertised item, QAC AI uses the stock information and routing data connected to that item to help direct the enquiry correctly.
The enquiry can be recorded with the relevant stock details so there is a clear record of which item the buyer is interested in and which Agent it relates to.
Your clients remain your clients. QAC AI is there to support the connection and administration around the enquiry — not to take ownership of your customer relationship.
You remain responsible for communicating with the buyer, negotiating the transaction and conducting your own business as an independent Agent.
Your Clients Remain Your Clients
QAC AI does not take ownership of your clients.
The customers and business relationships you develop remain yours. QAC AI supports you with advertising, enquiry routing and administration, while you remain responsible for managing your own customer relationships and conducting your own transactions.
QAC Agents operate independently. You are not an employee, staff member, salesperson or representative of QAC.
QAC AI is the system supporting your business — not replacing your relationship with your client.
Keeping Your Stock Updated
Keeping your stock information current is important.
When an item is sold, reserved, withdrawn or becomes unavailable, update QAC AI as soon as possible so the system can keep the correct status against that item and stop or adjust advertising where required.
Sold items are not simply lost from the system. QAC AI keeps the relevant historical stock record for reporting, tracking and administration.
Accurate stock status helps prevent buyers from enquiring about equipment that is no longer available and keeps the QAC AI system reliable for everyone using it.
Your Private Information

QAC AI keeps your private Agent and business information separate from the information used in public advertising.
Details such as your private System ID, internal Agent Code, subscription information, internal notes, customer and lead records, and other confidential system information are for internal QAC AI use and are not intended to appear in public advertisements.
Public advertising uses the information required to advertise the item and route enquiries correctly, including the relevant external stock identification.
Your private information is used only where required for the operation, administration and security of the QAC AI system.

QAC AI is designed to support the way independent Agents already do business — not to control how you work.
You bring your experience, relationships, stock opportunities and knowledge of the agricultural equipment market. QAC AI provides the technology and systems around you to help reduce repetitive work, organise information, advertise stock and manage enquiries more efficiently.
